Welcome to London Football Intelligence Training School (F.I.T.S), where young talents unite in the spirit of passion, teamwork, and growth! Established in 2018, we are one of the fastest-growing grassroots clubs, with five teams officially playing in three different club leagues – North London Youth League, Watford Friendly League, and West London Premier League. Join us on this exciting journey, where every kick, goal, and victory become a stepping stone towards a brighter future.
What We Do
Our vibrant grassroots football family are dedicated to nurturing the potential of players aged 4 to 16. Through the beautiful game, we instil values of discipline, sportsmanship, and camaraderie, creating a foundation for success both on and off the pitch.
We are a development club, focused on allowing the individual to express their skills on the field. Sessions are usually fun and exciting and may vary in intensity depending on what the topic is. Our coaches use clear, verbal communication, with a lot of praise and encouragement.
Together, we build not just skilled players, but resilient individuals ready to tackle life’s challenges. At London F.I.T.S, dreams take flight!

Football
Our style of play revolves around passing, pressing, and maintaining a positive, collaborative spirit both on and off the ball. We prioritise precise passing because effective teamwork is the key to success. It’s not only about winning possession but also supporting teammates in every phase of the game.
Beyond the pitch, we encourage a positive mindset, fostering an environment where players help each other grow, creating a tight-knit community that extends beyond match days. At London F.I.T.S, our football philosophy is a dynamic blend of skill, unity, and unwavering support.
Intelligence
In grassroots football, the intelligence side is about developing players who not only possess technical skills but also understand the game at a deeper level. This involves cultivating football intelligence or “soccer IQ.” Coaches at this level focus on teaching players to read the game, make smart decisions on the field, and understand various tactical situations.
Our focus on intelligence encompasses awareness, anticipation, and adaptability, all of which help young players to think strategically and contribute effectively to the team. We are committed to nurturing not just skilled players but intelligent minds, fostering a love for the thinking side of the beautiful game.
Training
At the grassroots level, training is crucial for young players, laying the foundation for skill development, tactical understanding, and overall physical fitness. Through well-structured training sessions, young players not only enhance their technical abilities but also learn important aspects of teamwork, communication, and discipline.
Moreover, proper training provides a platform for coaches to instil a passion for the game, building a strong connection between players and football. At our club, we recognize the significance of quality training for our young talents, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to enjoy and excel in the sport.
School
We believe that learning to play football goes far beyond the pitch, just as learning in school goes beyond the classroom. Our comprehensive curriculum is structured to guide players through the fundamentals of the game, much like subjects in a school syllabus. Likewise, our coaching staff serves as dedicated educators, imparting not just technical skills but also fostering a deep understanding of the sport.
As well as building skills, training sessions emphasise strategy, sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork. Similar to a school environment, there’s a sense of community and shared learning, where teammates support each other but also play for personal achievements. It’s not just about learning football, but also gaining an education in character, teamwork, and the enduring values of the sport.
